Car was vibrating at speed after hitting a pothole and having tyre replaced at another garage. I asked ETB to re-balance both front wheels and realign steering, to see if it would improve the situation. Within a few minutes they had removed the wheel that hit the pothole and put it on the balancing machine. The (alloy) wheel was badly buckled and clearly needed to be repaired or replaced. They refitted the wheel said there was no charge! Will definitely use ETB again. Have since had the wheel repaired successfully and the vibrations have gone.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! On our way to Widemouth Bay for a short family holiday in Cornwall, unfortunately car broken down on the M5 half way to our destination .Alternator give up. AA specialist advised us to go as far as possible and booked a car for repair first thing in the morning. I did call a ETB and they took my car in same day and FIXED ALSO SAME DAY ! How great is that?! I can't thank you guys enough you saved our family holiday and trip back home without any worries. Thanks you so much!!!
